ASMR is a technique to make our brains recall nice experiences. Pampering, sounds, hand motions, and much more can cause relaxation, work against depression, anxiety, and fear, and may cause "tingles" that run from the scalp and down the body. try them before sleep or just to feel better during the day. More ASMR coming soon from Scarlett! (Finger nail taps, brushes, personal touches, a soft voice, colors, and a procedure can all cause ASMR, or "tingles" and relaxation.
